hi has anyone had a fistula and raised at the same time under local anaesthetic

had my fistula made under full anaesthetic ...
but did have it reduced quite some years back as I was having 'steal issues' with it ...
that was under a local ...

I had my fistula created under local anaesthetic, the only snag was after two hours the operating table started to be uncomfortable.
