Re: "Please Offer Me A Seat"
I travel into london each work day on the underground, unless someone asks for a seat or I happen to see someone who needs one then I really don't pay attention to anyone that might need one. I do think that quite a few people seem to think that people simply ignore someone who maybe needs a seat wh...

Babies and Nappies
Hi all, does anyone have any experience with it being ok to change babies nappies after having a kidney transplant? I had my transplant two years ago now and my wife is due to give birth this week, I am concerned about it being ok to change nappies afterwards with the risk being from any live vaccin...

TB
Hi,
I had a kidney/pancreas transplant in March 2015 that appears to be going well so far thankfully, about 2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with TB and just wondered if anyone else on here had experienced this at all as getting information and people to talk to about it online seems next to impossible.

Re: Post transplant nightmares
For a short time after coming out of hospital post transplant I also suffered with sleeplessness and issues around nightmares which I put down more to the high steroids and coming off of the pain medication, as soon as I was off of the pain medication and the steroids were reduced down it completely...

Re: Joining forum seems a milestone.
Very good control of your sugar levels and blood pressure are very important, asking your doctor for advice around this also would be a good idea if you haven't already asked. I'm sure you will get more replies with some more helpful advice but try not to let it all get to you too much as there can ...

Re: APD Electricity Cost
When I was on APD through the Royal London in 2014/2015 they also told me that if storage was an issue (as there are a lot of boxes to store on a monthly basis) then they would pay up to a certain amount for a shed or similar to be built in your garden etc, if you use a spare room to store your equi...

Re: What do you miss?
rheaybou, I was told that 6 months after transplant the foods you mentioned (other than Grapefruit) are ok to have again, I asked at least two different consultants at Guys hospital this question.
