Re: Coronavirus

Hello all, I hope you won't mind if I take a moment to bask in the glory that is a officially hot thread lol. How are we all? I'm frankly bored with it all now! My 3 year old went back to pre school a few weeks ago and is loving it, we are all going out much more and even venturing to places on trai...

Re: Thanks

I concur, I do wish the site was used a bit more generally, I remember when I first joined when I went onto dialysis in 2014 and it seemed such a busy board, not so much nowadays but I guess FB groups etc may be used a little more?

Re: Coronavirus

So how is everyone feeling following the update (finally) today? I'm in two minds, big part of me is happy to finally have a date in sight, the other bigger part is worried sick that's it's too soon and wonder how I am meant to get to work (my one option is the district line underground for 50 mins)...

Re: Coronavirus

So how is everyone feeling about both the lack of news and the now depressing reality that we seemingly not only don't matter but that there seems to be no plan as well as no end in sight for our sheiding?

Re: Coronavirus

That sounds great Chris, unfortunately my GP doesn't have any phlebotomy service at all, they send all blood testing to the local hospital, which is also one of the largest in Essex. I think my choice will be either there or a trip into London to Guys unfortunately.
